Delayed Delivery

Should stock be unavailable due to exceptional demand or supply problems we will contact you immediately to advise an alternate delivery timetable. In such circumstance you will be offered the option of order cancellation.

Bulky or Cumbersome Orders

In some circumstances delivery may require two dispatches (e.g. posters and CD’s).

Can I add to or alter my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to access you order, as once it has been processed it is closed to ensure security and enable efficient delivery. Please contact us (click here) separately to advise your preferred changes.

All images on this site and goods and materials purchased from this site are subject to copyright. All rights are reserved. When purchasing items you are agreeing to these terms. International orders may require additional identification before being processed which would then affect delivery schedules. Where required we reserve the right to request additional information and/or identification prior to dispatch.

Some international deliveries may be subject to local levies. Any additional levies and charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

Grace Gibson Productions cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. We will provide all possible assistance in tracing any such parcels but no guarantees can be given.

Problem with your Order?

Refund or Exchange

We offer refunds on products which are still in their original sale condition and which are accompanied by proof of purchase. Please include an explanation of your preferred exchange, and/or the fault and send to:

Please allow up to 30 business days for processing of refunds and exchanges.

International Returns and Exchanges

Please advise us prior to returning the goods. Goods must be returned by the recipient at their own expense and a refund will cover the cost of the goods. Credits will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error, in which case a mutually agreed return postage charge will be applied to the same credit card.
